Terms of Service

Please read my Terms Of Service thoroughly before commissioning me. By messaging me, you are agreeing to my Terms Of Service.❗ IMPORTANT❗
I will not tolerate any unruly behavior.
I don't take personal questions about my life, relationships, or anything outside of the commission. Our messages are for commission details, questions, and progression updates, otherwise I don't have an obligation to answer.
Do not haggle me for my prices.
I chose my prices, unless I discounted them and am doing a sale, full price will always remain. If you attempt to, you'll be blacklisted without a warning.
My DM's are meant for commissioners and art.
Please keep in mind that my twitter is for my business that I run by myself in my spare time. I do not reply to small talk unless we are already friends. If you wish to interact outside of commissions, comment on my posts instead of clogging up my message box that I use for work.DISCLAIMERI have the right to deny your commission for any reason. I have the right to cancel your commission, for any reason at any stage of completion (an appropriate refund will be issued).
I have the right to reuse any rejected sketches and poses from your commission, or from commissions that were refunded.
Refunds will not be given for commissions that have been sketched and approved by the commissioner
Major changes after an approved sketch may incur additional fees, unless the change is a mistake on my part. Minor changes may be requested.
I own the rights to the artwork and am allowed to post commissions, WIPs, PSD files, and speed paints to social media websites, as well as use them for promotional purposes.
I have the right to ask for proof of your age to assure you’re at least 18.

Terms of Service

  • Art may take 1 month to complete I do have a job, so art will be done between work days with personal days in between. Bigger commissions (comics, full illustrations, etc) may take longer, it will be discussed.

  • You MUST be 18 years or older to order from me.

  • Full payment must be paid upfront. Commissions over $100 may be paid in an agreed payment plan, but if work is already done, you do not qualify for a refund later. Payment is to be sent over Paypal, and I only accept USD.

  • All reference images must be provided upfront. Payment can and will be altered given the complexity of the design(s).

  • You may ask for a work in progress a week after the payment has been received and confirmed. Keep your eye out on my public queue as well which can be found here before contacting me. You can ask for an update once every other week, as I do have other commissioners to tend to.

  • You may post and use your commission as long as credit is given.

  • You will receive a full res version of your commission upon completion. You may crop and resize your commission for icons, headers, banners, etc.

  • You or another artist may make minor edits to the commission (eye colors, piercings). Please do not alter a commission without the consent of the commissioner.

  • You may have the commission printed for personal and non-profit use.

Additional Fees

  • Major changes after the approved sketch phase may cost an additional $5-10 per change, unless the change is a mistake on my part. Complete re-do's withdraw their ownership of the previously approved sketch and may be used to create YCH or other commissions in the future.

  • Detailed/Complex characters (wings, extra limbs, armor, complex markings, etc.) may be subject to a $15+ complexity fee. This fee carries over to as many complex characters are in the piece. For example, if two characters in the piece are complex, it is $30.

  • Lack of reference or poor reference (ex. uncolored sketch, game screenshots, unclear reference images, NOT text descriptions) may be subjected to $15 no reference fee.

  • NSFW themed commissions will be subject to an additional %25 NSFW fee on top of your total. This includes non nude fetish pieces.

  • Private commissions will require you to pay an additional 50% of your service total. Private commissions will not be posted or advertised in any way.

  • Rush commissions, completed within 48 hours (depending your ability to respond to sketch approval), will require you to pay an additional 50% of your service total.

  • Custom design commissions are an extra 50% added on top of your commission. This character has no references and will be created by you, the commissioner, and I. I can make unlimited edits to said character (within reason). This applies to characters with only a text description.

✔️ DOs

  • Most Species including feral, anthro, monster, human, and fictional species.

  • Self inserts, self x oc, self x canon

  • NSFW; most fetishes are fine as long as they aren't listed on my don't list

  • Group pictures or large scene commissions

  • ALL body types. If you don't see an example of your body type in my art, let me know! I try to be as inclusive as I can and willing to work with you.

❌ DONTs

  • Cub, CP, Loli/Shota, or NSFW age ups. I will only draw children and babies in SFW situations.

  • Scat, incest, feral, or diaper fetish work

  • Hate, racist, sexist, ableist, LGBTphobic, or fascist art

  • Snuff or hard gore. Blood and some light gore or knife play is fine.

  • Noncon/Rape. This excludes hypnotization, somnophilia, and other pre-consenting kinks.

  • Complex armor or mechs. Just not my cup of tea!

Prices
